We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Install Tech to join our growing team. This important role combines expert hands‑on installation work with leadership responsibilities – guiding and mentoring a crew to deliver high‑quality projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• $25.00 to $38.00 per hour

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required as needed

Lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while overseeing a team of installers. Ensure every job is completed with superior workmanship, attention to safety, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience leading installation crews
• Advanced proficiency in gas piping and refrigeration piping
• Strong expertise in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installation
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and effectively lead a team
• Solid knowledge of HVAC low‑voltage controls and systems
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and industry best practices
• Current EPA Certification
• Willingness to obtain and maintain all required NATE installer certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or leading a crew
