Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our properties at Lincoln Heights, Heritage Manor, and Lee Townhomes in Hastings, NE. This position requires regular travel between assigned properties.

Cohen-Esrey is dedicated to building thriving communities by developing quality affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate housing that makes a difference. We manage approximately ninety properties in fourteen states. We take care of our residents and care for our team, and company culture is very important.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smartphone technology.
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment.

• Plumbing Experience
• HVAC Certified
• Proven 1 year of HVAC experience

$20-$23

* Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
