Relocation:
Open to candidates within approximately 60 miles of Hastings or candidates willing to relocate.
Pay Range: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
Additional Compensation:
Up to $5,000 Hiring Bonus (based on experience), Performance Incentive Program, Higher earning potential for Foreman/job-running experience.

NEC (National Electrical Code), OSHA Safety Standards, Blueprint Reading and Interpretation, Electrical Installations, Trade Calculations, Electrical Troubleshooting, Jobsite Safety
Licensing:
Nebraska State Journeyman Electrician License, Reciprocal License accepted if eligible to work in Nebraska
Requirements (Must-Haves):
Nebraska Journeyman Electrician License or qualifying reciprocal license, 1-5+ years of electrical construction experience, Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA standards, Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings, Experience with electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods, Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently and lead projects, Strong communication skills, Valid driver's license, Ability to pass pre-employment screening
