Mercor is hiring experienced machine learning engineers to serve as human base liners for evaluating AI performance on research tasks. You will operate in a sandboxed environment, complete self-contained ML tasks, and your performance will set benchmarks for AI agents.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of machine learning experience, strong expertise in major frameworks like PyTorch or Tensor Flow, and experience from a top-100 university. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.
