Working Foreman

WORKING FOREMAN

LOCATION: HASTINGS, TN34

CONTRACT DURATION: 2 WEEKS

DAY RATE: £260 PER DAY

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Working Foreman to join an established project team on a new scheme in Hastings, TN34.

The ideal candidate will have a Carpentry or Multi-Trade background and will play a hands-on role in supporting the site team. The primary responsibility will be working alongside a site-based Multi-Trader to safely dismantle and remove an external steel staircase while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

• Supervise and support site operations while remaining hands-on.
• Assist with the safe removal of an external steel staircase.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Communicate effectively with the site team and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Foreman.
• Carpentry or Multi-Trade background (Preferred).
• Valid CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Own tools.
• Strong practical, hands-on experience and the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
