Comfortable editing NC code to elevate quality and reduce cycle time Confident self-inspector who verifies to exact standards

Natural problem-solver who improves tooling, fixturing, and process flow Planner who loves maximizing lights-out productivity

What you will doSet up and operate wire and/or RAM EDM equipment on intricate, tight-tolerance components

Translate engineering intent from prints and documentation into efficient machine setups

Tune control parameters and NC code for performance and consistency

Execute in-process and final inspections to ensure conformance

Diagnose setup issues; propose and implement better methods and fixtures

Prepare machines, tooling, and programs for reliable unattended operation

What you bring5+ years of wire and/or sinker EDM experience in precision manufacturing

Hands-on knowledge of Mitsubishi, Makino, or similar EDM controls and coding

High school diploma required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred

Detail-driven inspector with a passion for first-pass yield and continuous improvement
