Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring correct tooling, fixtures, and work holding for each job;
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation to execute precise machining tasks;
Adjust tool offsets, prove out programs, and make process modifications to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes;
Perform and document first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measurement tools and probing systems;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dimensional accuracy, tooling, and machine performance independently
