Converting Line Equipment Technician - Corrugated

Your Impact Operate and oversee corrugated converting equipment to meet plan.

Execute precise machine setups and changeovers for efficiency and quality.

Perform routine checks and light maintenance to minimize downtime.

Model safe work habits and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Partner with teammates to diagnose issues and improve throughput.

Capture production metrics and report discrepancies promptly.

Assist with onboarding and training of new operators on equipment and safety.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.

Previous experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing preferred.

Mechanical aptitude with practical troubleshooting ability.

Proven success in fast-paced production environments with firm deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus.

Team-first communicator who collaborates well.

Willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and take overtime as needed.
