KMM Group is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our growing team in Hatboro, PA. You'll work on advanced multi-axis equipment producing precision components for medical, aerospace, defense, and space exploration customers.
This isn't repetitive production work. Every setup requires planning, attention to detail, and a machinist who understands how to balance quality, efficiency, and repeatability.

As a CNC Mill Turn Machinist, you'll help manufacture complex, mission-critical components while improving processes that support long-term production. Your experience with setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization will directly impact quality, cycle time, and overall manufacturing performance.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mill-turn machines
- Read blueprints, GD&T requirements, process sheets, and work instructions
- Develop efficient machining strategies for complex precision components
- Select tooling and optimize feeds, speeds, offsets, and cycle times
- Perform first article and in-process inspections
- Make NC program edits at the machine as needed
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
- Maintain stable, repeatable production processes
- Support lights-out manufacturing initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and fellow machinists to solve manufacturing challenges

- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Mill-turn machining
- Multi-axis turning centers
- Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls
- Lights-out manufacturing
- Process improvement and cycle time optimization
- Medical, aerospace, or defense manufacturing
