About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor patient condition.
• See patients throughout their care needs, from hospital discharge to safe independent home life.
• Travel to assigned home care cases.

• Active and current license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; previous home healthcare experience welcomed but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, provide compassionate care, and deliver reliable patient care.
• Capable of traveling to patient homes as assigned.

$61.00–$68.00 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.
