Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Hospice – Hatboro, Pennsylvania

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide home hospice care for patients throughout Montgomery County, PA. The position offers a 5,000 Sign‑On Bonus and a supportive work environment that emphasizes work/life balance.

• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends.

• Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
• One year of hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Previous home healthcare experience welcomed; training provided.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm and reassuring presence with active listening, excellent assessment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
