Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of government facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation;
Assist with the protection of government property and support a professional, orderly environment for military and veterans services personnel and visitors
