- Commercial Building Hatfield, Hertfordshire - £45,000 CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Monitor the BMS systems. Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) General building fabric Escort specialist subcontractors Requirements Mechanically qualified
