VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Location: Hatfield
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
OTE: Up to £45,000
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Type: Permanent

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Completing vehicle health checks
  • Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment
  • Completing warranty work in line with manufacturer standards
  • Road testing vehicles where required
  • Maintaining accurate workshop documentation
  • Working efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality standards
About You
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Service Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Main dealer experience beneficial but not essential
