Project Manager – Civil Construction

A growing construction organization is seeking a Project Manager to help lead complex field operations and keep high visibility civil projects moving from planning through completion. • Lead day to day civil construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout, balancing schedule, field coordination, cost control, and client communication
• Review drawings, scopes, and site details to identify risks early, support change management, and keep work aligned with contract requirements
• Manage budgets, production plans, subcontractor performance, and procurement timing to keep field execution moving and margins protected
• Partner with superintendents, field teams, and customers to solve site issues quickly while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations
• Use construction documents, blueprints, and project controls tools to monitor progress, support billing accuracy, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support estimating, documentation, and project reporting activities as needed to help ensure smooth startup and execution

• Project management experience in a construction environment
• Strong understanding of construction principles, plans, blueprints, and industry standards
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and follow through
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, business, or a related field
• Experience in heavy civil or civil construction is preferred
• Background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline is desirable
  
  Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam Revu, project management platforms, or GPS related programs is preferred
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
