Position: Leisure & Fitness Host / Receptionist

Brocket Hall is the prestigious home of two championship golf courses, a world-class driving range, the renowned Phil Kenyon Putting Studio, and a premier par 3 academy with a short game area. We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Technology and the upcoming launch of our new gym in April, which will feature state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technologies designed to introduce an innovative approach to fitness and healthier living while also improving golfers' performance.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, fitness-minded people who love creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere and take pride in great service. Key

responsibilities
  • Welcome members and guests, check them in, and handle enquiries in person/phone/email.
  • Manage bookings (classes, PT sessions, facilities) and keep schedules accurate.
  • Process payments, membership queries, and retail sales where applicable.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, presentable reception and leisure environment.
  • Support the team with admin: basic reporting, stock checks, class lists, member communications.
  • Handle issues calmly and elevate appropriately (complaints, incidents, maintenance).
  • Follow all health & safety and company procedures.
Qualifications
  • Confident communicator with a warm, polished service style.
  • Organised, accurate, and comfortable with systems.
  • A team player who stays calm under pressure and can handle busy periods.
  • Previous reception/customer service experience preferred (hospitality/leisure a plus).
  • Flexible working over weekends, bank holidays.
