• Teach classes and lead birthday parties based on the gym’s curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, ensuring a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family.
• Lead with enthusiasm, positively impacting the growth and development of children, families, and teammates.

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Passion for working with children and building relationships with parents.
• Energetic, fun, and capable of balancing play with focused work.
• Experience in child development, physical education, or related fields is a plus.

Compensation: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour.

The Little Gym serves children ages 4 months through 12 years, offering movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee; hiring decisions are made by the local franchise management.
