Under general supervision, assists in the maintenance of site/field equipment and/or the installation. Rearrangement and removal of equipment and associated wiring at the customer site or at the company location.
May include any aspect of product field support, including system hardware and software, medical or laboratory devices and equipment, and systems networking.
Assists in the testing, moving, repair and adjustment of equipment problems associated with trouble reports and performs routine maintenance.
Performs client‑site servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s). Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Determines the most cost‑effective repair or resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
What You Bring- Previous experience in production.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering (or a similar field) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
