The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers' ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field:
Required - Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a car
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
- Summer Fun Fridays! Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day

- Fee-for-Service: $25 to $40 per hour
- Full-Time:
Salary $42,000 to $52,000 - Incentive Rate $40/hour over productivity
