Support the Independent Merchandising team with various retail duties such as customer support, program implementation, data integrity and reporting;
Coordinate customer contracts by monitoring outbound costs to customers;
Monitor billings and deals including off invoices and customized pricing to maintain integrity with customers;
Ensure data quality by monitoring item and vendor attributes and flagging inaccuracies;
Communicate with customers daily and oversee tracking spreadsheets for new items
