Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Assists other department personnel as appropriate and necessary

Performs basic clerical tasks, such as systematically arranging letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents according to an established system

Sorts and routes incoming materials

Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance

Supports the Hattiesburg Public School District Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan

Performs other duties as assigned
