Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our Water and Wastewater capital construction projects and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, including site management and project coordination. This role is critical in overseeing daily operations on the construction site, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Pay range: $24-26/hour

Job Duties
This role, reporting to the Regional Manager, is responsible for supervising and executing capital improvements in their assigned zone.
Primary Responsibilities- Supervise the work of all Construction Technicians in their assigned zone
- Work with the engineering department to supervise and complete planned projects
- Execute work on open work orders and pending construction projects as assigned
- Dig and install new mains as needed
- Supervise and Assist with water and wastewater line repairs, new line installation, and other work as directed
- All other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OSHA Safety Training is preferred
- Able to use construction equipment such as back hoes etc.
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering and Construction plans
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects of up to 75 pounds
- Exposure to potential hazards such as chemicals, fumes, and odors
- Will work in confined spaces
- Willingness to be on call in emergency situations
