Hattiesburg, Mississippi is looking for a psychiatrist who wants to lead. This Medical Director opportunity sits inside a nationally recognized behavioral health program with decades of community roots, a collaborative team already in place, and a schedule that actually leaves room for a life outside of work.
Position Details
Monday through Friday schedule with no call
Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time
Clinical work available in inpatient or outpatient settings
Ability to focus on adults, Child and Adolescent psych, or all ages
Compensation & Benefits
Earning potential over $400,000, including Medical Director stipend
Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and malpractice with tail coverage
Generous PTO, paid CME days, CME allowance, signing bonus, and relocation assistance
Full coverage for licensure and DEA fees
Candidate Profile
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Trained in Adult or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi
Experience or interest in leadership and program development
