Job Summary

Works with the Assistant Director of Campus Tour Experience to manage the daily campus tour experience workflow and provide additional leadership of day‑to‑day tasks and tour logistics. Serves as the primary report for student tour guides and gives oversight to scheduling, training, and tour follow‑up. Coordinates with the Campus Tour Experience In‑House Recruiter to facilitate timely tour communication and utilizes the CRM to maintain accurate daily student tour records.

Leads the Campus Tour Experience team in the absence of the Assistant Director.

Primary

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily tour workflow, including making tour guide assignments, confirming academic partner appointments, overseeing tour rescheduling, and executing tour follow‑up.
  • Help maintain accurate records of tour schedules, guide assignments, and visitor feedback.
  • Organize and confirm visit agendas for school groups, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
  • Oversee student tour guide scheduling, working with student tour guides to gather and maintain current availability and adjusting as needed.
  • In coordination with the Assistant Director, conduct interviews and select qualified student tour guides.
  • Serve as back‑up instructor for the Eagle Connection class.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. At least one year of experience working in admissions, recruitment, or student development in a collegiate environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to utilize a PC and keyboard to perform data entry.
  • Working knowledge of data programming and analysis.
  • CRM implementation and management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Ability to adapt to an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience within a campus tour visit program at the higher education level.
