Job SummaryAssist with instructional delivery of courses taken by graduate program majors. Teach up to 6 hours (two 3‑hour courses) per semester. Courses focus on Building and District Level Administration.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Instruction in synchronous and asynchronous online formats.
- Assessment of student learning outcomes.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership or Educational Administration.
- Minimum five years of experience as a licensed practicing administrator for teaching.
- Experience with P‑12 leadership theory or research related to building/district level leadership.
- Experience with basic principles governing P‑12 operations.
- Knowledge of laws governing P‑12 operations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, concise, and quality communication (verbal and written) in a timely manner.
- Experience setting clear performance expectations and providing meaningful feedback.
- Experience with technology use, particularly in the P‑12 school setting.
- Demonstrated success in university teaching.
- Minimum three years of experience as a public school district‑level administrator.
