The Imaging Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and verifying the performance of a wide range of medical imaging equipment. Supported modalities include CT/MRI and X-ray systems. This role also supports regulatory compliance, inventory management, customer relationships, and occasional travel as business needs require
Key Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment
- Strong troubleshooting, installation, calibration, and repair experience across multiple imaging modalities
- Associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or equivalent experience, or a recognized biomedical certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, networking, and computer hardware diagnostics
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed and lift up to 50 pounds
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented with strong documentation practices
- Able to work independently while collaborating with clinical staff and service teams
- Committed to safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering high quality service
