Loan Officer Assistant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Loan Officer Assistant to support our Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values accuracy and communication, and enjoys being a key part of helping clients achieve home ownership.

• Provide administrative and operational support to Loan Officers
• Assist with loan file setup, documentation collection, and organization
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and third‑party partners to ensure timely completion of loan requirements
• Track loan milestones and help move files efficiently toward closing
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations
• Support pipeline management and follow‑up activities

• Previous experience in mortgage lending, loan processing, or a loan officer assistant role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with common office software and loan origination systems
• Customer‑service mindset with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
