About the Position: Interpret Language from Legislation (bond bill or appropriated funds). Assist with bond sale documentation. Review quarterly reports from entities receiving bond funds or appropriated funds. Contact entities for compliance issues in regard to quarterly reports. Updates excel spreadsheets each quarter for bonds funds or appropriated funds. Other duties as assigned. Determine that entities are in compliance with the authorized legislation regarding bond funds or appropriated funds.
Assist entities with questions and compliance issues regarding the expenditure of funds. Keep accurate and updated records of quarterly reports in both electronic and paper files.
What you'll need to be Successful: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Share Point. Must be able to solve complex issues through excellent problem-solving skills, be able to interpret language from legislation, apply advanced accounting knowledge, and have exceptional documentation and reporting skills.
