Occupational Therapist – Acute Care (Hospital-Based)
Full-Time | $15K Sign-On Bonus | Relocation Assistance | Mentorship Program

Skills:
- Work in a Level II Trauma Center with Certified Stroke Center designation
- See a full spectrum of acute cases: ICU, stroke, trauma, ortho, neuro, and general medical

Manageable Caseload & Realistic Expectations:
- See 8–10 patients per day in a hospital setting
- Productivity goals are loosely tracked—focus on quality patient care, not quotas
- Work alongside experienced PTs, PTAs, COTAs, and SLPs in a collaborative environment
Exceptional Mentorship (New Grads Welcome!):
- Formal mentorship program with experienced preceptors
- Structured onboarding designed to build competency within 90 days
- Gradual ramp-up: full days with preceptor → half days → independent practice with chart review support
- Learn from a leadership team with decades of acute care experience
Strong Financial Package:
- $15,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 after orientation, then $2,500 at 7, 12, 18, and 24 months)
- $2/hour shift differential for acute care
- Up to $2,500 relocation assistance (reimbursed with receipts)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch
- Weekend rotation: 1 in 4 when fully staffed
Comprehensive Benefits:
