Essential Functions and responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
• Collect and analyze employee data
• Use data to reduce turnover and increase team member workplace morale
• Assist the HR Team in the organization and updating of employee files via Document Manager
• Create and conduct training for employees
• Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses
• Oversee employee orientation and new hire onboarding

• Proven work experience as a Retention Specialist or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS and related Human Resources Time and Attendance Software Systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Bilingual would be preferred.

• 3 (+) years’ work experience as a Human Resource Professional
