Responsibilities- Build metrics, tools, automations, visualizations and monitors to facilitate the operation and optimization of the edge services.
- Build insights through statistical analysis to help drive targeted deployments to expand the coverage of our global infrastructure.
- Analyze, design and implement solutions at the system level to remove bottlenecks and improve edge service performance.
- Work in a fast-paced environment. Participate in technical operations and rotations in response to performance and reliability issues.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in designing, analyzing, and building automation tools for large scale and complex systems.
- Familiar with Linux system from kernel to shell and beyond with experience working with system libraries, file systems, and network protocol optimization.
- Experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, or scripting experience in Shell and Python.
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Self-driven and capable of coping with ambiguity and moving projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong in analytical skills and the ability to solve real world problems in a fast moving environment.
- Experience in designing, analyzing and building automation and tools for large scale systems.
- Experience in building solutions cloud native (Kubernetes) environment.
- Experience in optimization over networking technologies such TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, etc. in a carrier-grade environment. Past experience with CDN technologies is a plus.

Job InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118675 - $187200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
