Lead the Supply Chain Function for a Growing Manufacturing Operation
We're seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead transportation, purchasing, warehouse operations, inventory control, production planning, and distribution for a manufacturing facility.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, improve operations, develop teams, and drive measurable business results.

What You'll Be Responsible For- Leading all supply chain activities including purchasing, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management, materials planning, and distribution
- Driving service, cost, inventory, and operational performance improvements
- Partnering with plant leadership to ensure materials and resources are available to support production demands
- Developing KPI dashboards and driving accountability to performance metrics
- Implementing Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing carrier relationships, inventory strategies, and transportation operations
- Coaching and developing supply chain, logistics, and warehouse personnel
- Helping develop both short-term operating plans and long-term business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing purchasing, inventory, transportation, and materials planning
- Strong ERP and Warehouse Management System experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- SAP experience
- Lean Manufacturing
- Production planning
- High-volume manufacturing environments
- Broad leadership responsibility with direct impact on business performance
