Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
The Float department serves as the Clinic's full-time float pool, providing coverage to departments during times of vacancies, medical leave, vacation requests or sick days.
Education & Experience:
- Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program, required
- Current state licensure, required
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a clean driving record, required
- CPR certification, preferred

- Composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Dependable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong multitasking and independent-work capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate documentation skills
- Ability to follow established workflows consistently
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with travel time to/from the satellite clinic locations based on coverage schedule. Employees are also responsible for their own transportation to/from satellite clinic locations.
