Triage & Prescription Refill Nurse (RN)

The Triage & Prescription Refill Nurse (RN) manages incoming patient calls from individuals seeking medical information or medical attention. This role includes scheduling appointments based on the patient's condition, answering questions, and providing limited health education. The nurse also monitors provider desktops for those who are out of the office and triages materials as needed. In addition, they initiate electronic prescription refills and order labs or follow-up visits required for medication monitoring and adherence.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program, required
• Current state licensure, required
• At least two (2) years of clinical experience, preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
