Overview
Our client seeks an Inside Sales Representative in the motion technology industry to join their team in Shannon, MS (on-site). This is a B2B sales role in a fast-paced environment where you build customer relationships, solve problems, and support business growth.
Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

- Working with leadership to develop sales strategies that support company goals
- Researching and qualifying new B2B prospects through outbound calls and emails
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Coordinating and confirming product orders with customers
- Providing support to the outside sales team to nurture client relationships
- Handling B2C inquiries, including order entry via phone and email
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
- Sharing insights and feedback to drive overall sales performance
- Managing the full order-to-cash cycle to ensure successful fulfillment and collections
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Background in technical sales or consumer electronics (motion component industry a bonus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Self-starter with a team-player attitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- CRM/ERP experience
- Comfortable with a contract to hire position for the first 6 months
