Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist badge verification and visitor directions.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations calmly and with proper documentation.;
