As the Construction Payroll Administrator, you will:

• Process full-cycle weekly payroll for 750+ union and non-union employees
• Review, audit, and validate employee time records and job cost coding
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for prevailing wage projects
• Handle union reporting, deductions, remittances, and compliance requirements
• Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
• Partner with field managers and project teams to resolve payroll-related issues
• Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting as needed
