As an Account Coordinator you will support our Account Managers by helping ensure the smooth execution of client projects across print production, mail fulfillment, and digital communication. You'll be a key team player in coordinating project details, tracking timelines, managing vendor relationships, and delivering outstanding service. This is a foundational role with room to grow for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers in the day-to-day servicing of client accounts.
  • Input and manage orders in internal systems with precision and speed.
  • Track job status with production teams and external vendors to ensure timelines are met.
  • Document meeting notes and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices, freight, and postage coordination.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records for client materials.
  • Provide coverage for Account Managers during absences and support ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of professional experience (internships, customer service, or office administration welcome).
  • Strong interest in building a career in Account Management — we’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow into a client-facing role with leadership responsibilities.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, personable, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external clients.
