Estimator-Fire Sprinkler

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fire protection and construction projects. This role supports the full pre‑construction lifecycle, including plan review, quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and coordination with internal teams to support successful project awards.

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Prepare detailed material takeoffs and labor cost estimates
• Develop competitive bids and proposals within established deadlines
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Identify scope gaps, project risks, and cost‑saving opportunities
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams
• Support bid clarifications, negotiations, and change order pricing
• Maintain accurate estimating documentation and pricing assumptions

• 3+ years of estimating experience in fire protection, sprinkler systems, or construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience estimating commercial and industrial projects
• Background in fire protection or sprinkler system estimating
