Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused detail-oriented individual to join our team in Hauppauge, New York. This position supports sales-related activities by assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and helping drive strong service outcomes. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, along with solid Excel skills and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound communication effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information and timely follow-up.
• Supporting sales efforts by assisting with inside sales activities and helping move customer requests through completion.
• Building positive client relationships through attentive service and consistent communication.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound customer interactions to identify needs and support business growth.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining sales-related records and reports using Excel.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure orders, requests, and service issues are handled efficiently.
• Assisting with direct sales support tasks that contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
