Position: QUALITY ANALYST II

Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Analyst. This position would support the Quality Department in various Quality Assurance duties, including but not limited to, Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance and coordination of Audit Reporting, Scheduling & Analysis of Audit Findings. Also performs RMA Reporting and Analysis, Material Non-Conformance review and analysis, Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Analysis, Bowler Charts, Corrective and Preventive Action Analysis (CAPA), Document Control and Reporting on Continuous Improvement Activities occurring in the site.

This position requires access to information that is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent residents, persons granted asylee status in the U.S., or persons admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

Job Requirements
  • Document Control (Quality Management System and Shop Floor)
  • Generating COPQ Reports and Analysis
  • Coordination and Participation in Internal/External Audits
  • Lead Internal Audit Team and oversee Reporting and follow-up corrective actions
  • Generating PowerPoint Presentations required by Corporate
  • Supporting various QA functions (Quality Eng, Calibration, Inspection, etc.)
  • Perform Risk Assessments including PFMEA’s
  • Performing Capability Studies (SPC, Cp & Cpk)
  • Supporting Material Review Board (MRB) meetings & activities
  • Supporting and Analyzing Post-delivery Activities (RMA/RCCA)
  • Supporting Continuous Improvement Activities (ie. Fast Response Board, Tier Mtgs, Kaizen events, etc.)
What Your Background Should Look Like
  • 3+ years of related experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
  • Min. 2 year degree or equivalent experience in technical field preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Office software as well as some statistical analysis tools
  • Specific experience in problem solving and trouble shooting
  • Must be proficient in the English language
  • Have Good Communication Skills
  • Team Oriented
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100
  • Minitab Experience a plus
  • Familiarity Mil-Spec Standards a plus

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $82,200 - $123,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
