Responsibilities- Lead Workday Expense UAT activities from planning through final sign-off
- Develop and execute test scripts for expense-related business processes
- Validate workflows, approval routing, reimbursement processing, and security configurations
- Verify general ledger impacts and bank file outputs
- Track, document, and manage defects through resolution
- Facilitate stakeholder test sessions and support go-live readiness activities
- Hands-on experience testing Workday Expense workflows, approvals, reimbursements, and security roles
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
