We are seeking a hands‑on System Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our enterprise technology environment. This position is responsible for supporting and administering our predominantly Microsoft‑based infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, networking, virtualization, endpoint management and cybersecurity technologies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys working across a broad range of technologies, collaborates effectively with software engineers, IT specialists, and external partners, and is passionate about improving systems, processes, and the overall user experience. Strong documentation skills and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.

• Windows Server & Microsoft 365 – In‑depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, and Intune.
• Manage laptop deployment, imaging, configuration, software deployment and policy enforcement through Intune.
• Support SQL Server administration, installation, updates, backup/restore routines and basic maintenance tasks.
• VMware vSphere – Experience managing and configuring VMware virtualized environments (ESXi). Experience with new cluster builds and configuration is a plus.
• Networking – Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall management. Experience with enterprise‑grade firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar.
• Email Security – Solid understanding of email flow, routing, spam filtering, malware protection, and DLP.
• Physical Infrastructure – Hands‑on experience with server hardware including racking, cabling, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component replacement.
• Perform Server and network hardware support, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities, support patch management, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives and compliance activities.
• Document systems, procedures, and configurations, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar infrastructure support role within an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
