- Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Provide technical support and training services to customers, and answer customers' technical questions.
- Closely cooperate with the sales team, conduct technical demonstrations of the product, and answer customers' product questions.
- Participate in the technical testing and evaluation of new products, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Master's degree or above, preferably in medicine, biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, and other related majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support for medical equipment.
- Familiar with the procedures of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Possess excellent communication skills and service awareness, able to respond quickly to customer demands.
- Able to work in a team and withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
