Summary

Designs, plans, and implements corporate training programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, aligned with organizational objectives, and designed to empower employees to deliver exceptional financial guidance to members. This role will define the vision for multi state training delivery, build enterprise wide governance, and ensure consistent, measurable, high quality learning experiences across the organization. The role also manages the operational activities of the training function, including staffing, vendor coordination, and budget management.

Qualifications & Education

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or a minimum of eight years directly related .experience required

* Minimum five years of progressive experience in learning and development, including at least three years in a management role.

* Demonstrated success designing and executing enterprise level training strategies aligned with regulatory and business objectives.

* Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems and training governance frameworks.

* Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and the Three Lines of Defense model.

* Financial services industry experience preferred.

* Strong strategic thinking and ability to lead organizational change and build new functions.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and Boards.

* Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret training metrics and assess program effectiveness.

* Proven ability to develop, inspire, and manage high performing teams.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

* Expertise in training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.

Job Duties

* Design and execute a comprehensive corporate learning strategy that meets regulatory, compliance, and business requirements.

* Establish enterprise wide governance frameworks for training program development, content creation, delivery, and evaluation.

* Oversee optimization the Learning Management System (LMS) team to standardize training content, curate content and ensure appropriate recordkeeping.

* Develop and maintain training policies, procedures, and standardized attendance tracking processes.

* Lead the creation of consistent onboarding programs and role specific learning paths in collaboration with business leaders.

* Regularly analyze, track, and report training compliance, effectiveness metrics, and strategic outcomes to senior leadership.

* Partner with HR, Retail, Branch Operations, Compliance, Risk, Lending functions to ensure training programs align with evolving regulatory obligations and enterprise priorities.

* Serve as a subject matter expert on training methodology and best practices.

* Develop and lead a team including instructional designer, LMS lead and training professionals.

* Manage all daily operations of the training function, including coordination with vendors and educational partners.

* Prepare and manage business plans and budgets supporting training operations.

* Participates in special projects and performs other duties upon request
