Is this you?
  • Do you have 1–3 years of experience with quality standards in printing or folding‑carton manufacturing?
  • Can you read, write, and communicate in English and follow detailed written or verbal instructions?
  • Are you comfortable using quality tools and inspection equipment and doing whole‑number math?
  • Do you have corrected 20/20 vision and strong color differentiation to spot non‑conformances?
What you’ll do
  • Apply department‑specific quality plans across the Press Room, Die Cutting, Folding Gluing, Bindery, and Labels areas.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials, verify setups and make‑ready, perform First Article checks, conduct in‑process sampling, and complete final acceptance sampling.
  • Execute tests for print characteristics, gloss, appearance, dimensions, thickness, product compatibility, scuff/scratch resistance, ink/varnish/foil adhesion, code verification, bond, opening force, and closing and drop testing.
  • Decide whether to accept, block, or reject materials/products.
  • Log data, generate identification tags (load tags, quarantine tags, scrap authorization tickets, etc.), and maintain clear records.
  • Prepare customer samples, color range books, final product samples, and defect panoplies.
  • Communicate findings to Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, and Shipping to drive corrective actions.
