Keep  Seal is searching for a Press Assistant to contribute to the success of our production of foil lids at our facility in Hauppauge, NY  Seal produces pre-die cut foil lids to seal cups and trays for both consumer and food service packaged products. DESCRIPTION:

PDF Seal is searching for a Press Assistant to contribute to the success of our production of foil lids at our facility in Hauppauge, NY location.

Responsibilities include the following:
· Maintain the mounting and ink area in a clean and organized manner
· Mixing ink to required specifications
· Mount and de-mount plates
· Move materials and supplies within the facility to support production
· Set up jobs according to specifications of order
· Assist with press clean up
· Maintaining the ink shelf
· Adhere to company GMPs and perform job is a safe manner
· Perform job according to written company standard operating procedures
· Other duties as assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· High School diploma preferred
· 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Excellent attendance and punctuality
· Good communication skills to follow instructions, preferably in English
· Able to work independently and with a team
· Flexible and organized
· Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
· Good interpersonal skills to successfully interact with team members
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
· Flexible and dedicated to doing what it takes to get the job done

Manufacturing Base Salary Range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr please note that the pay ranges listed on external job boards, outside our posting details, do not accurately reflect our internal compensation ranges.
