• Coordinate with the lead operator to execute production schedules and prepare necessary materials for upcoming print runs.
• Manage the staging and loading of paper stock into feeder systems to ensure continuous, uninterrupted production.
• Calibrate feed mechanisms, including pressure settings and sheet detectors, to optimize machine performance.
• Monitor the press during operation to maintain consistent ink levels, water balance, and overall print quality.
• Perform essential maintenance on press components, such as cleaning blankets and managing printing plates, to extend equipment lifespan.
• Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster an efficient manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Proficiency in basic math, including the ability to accurately calculate fractions and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor complex machine performance.
• Physical capability to handle materials, stand, and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.

• 1-3 years of experience working in a printing, packaging, or manufacturing facility.
• Prior hands-on experience with sheet-fed offset printing processes.
• Familiarity with standard quality control procedures and material handling protocols.
