• Setting up, operating, monitoring, and shutting down laboratory, pilot-scale, and manufacturing equipment under guidance from R&D scientists and engineers
• Monitoring process conditions and equipment indicators to ensure adherence to process requirements
• Preparing materials, solutions, equipment, and work areas for development trials
• Executing experiments and membrane-characterization activities according to approved procedures and safety protocols
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas, adhering to strict environmental, health, and safety requirements for chemical handling and waste disposal
• Identifying and communicating process, equipment, safety, or experimental issues promptly
• Contributing practical ideas and observations for continuous improvement
• Completing laboratory records, trial documentation, and equipment logs accurately

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Possess strong knowledge of basic mathematics
• Can read, comprehend, and follow written work instructions in English
• Are comfortable using computers and Microsoft OS
• Can operate basic measuring equipment (rulers, calipers, etc.)
• Have proven ability to safely handle chemicals and adhere to environmental, health, and safety procedures
• Excel in operating and monitoring production or pilot-scale equipment
• Demonstrate accuracy in documenting activities and troubleshooting process or equipment issues
