Shift: 2ndFocus:
Feeder setup, paper handling, and hands-on press support

Key Responsibilities Stage materials by reviewing the daily production schedule.

Verify paper stock via load tags and job specs before loading.

Unload, position, and feed paper accurately into sheetfed offset equipment.

Adjust feeder systems: double-sheet detectors, pressures, and guides.

Watch paper flow and feeder performance; respond quickly to issues.

Assist the Pressman during setups, changeovers, and live production.

Monitor and maintain ink/water balance during runs.

Clean blankets and related press components; manage supplies.

Retrieve, label, and store plates following each job.

Perform basic preventive maintenance per instructions.

Uphold 5S standards: clean, orderly, and safe press area.

What You’ll Need1–3 years in printing or manufacturing preferred.

Understanding of press operations and paper handling methods.

Mechanical aptitude with production machinery.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

Competence with basic math, fractions, and measurements.

Detail focus and strong equipment monitoring habits.

Collaborative approach in a high-pace team setting.

Capability to stand, walk, lift, and handle materials throughout the shift.
